The formula
Two jobs. One formula.
Every featured active has a job: LIFT for alertness, AIM for attention. Caffeine is the only one on both.

LIFT · AIM
The one you know
Caffeine's effects on alertness and attention are among the best-established in nutrition research. It is the only ingredient on both halves.
-
LIFT
Alertness that holds
Studied with caffeine at RETICLE's exact amounts. After four weeks of daily use, the pair kept alertness higher at hour five than caffeine alone.
Studied togetherCaffeine and enXtra® were studied together at exactly 200 mg with 300 mg. Neither pairing has been tested inside RETICLE's full formula.
-
AIM
Studied on attention tasks
A choline compound researched on attention tasks near this amount. Ours is 50% strength, so each serving carries 600 mg to deliver 300 mg active.
-
AIM
For demanding conditions
An amino acid studied for mental performance when conditions get demanding. Its results depend more on context than any other ingredient here.
-
AIM
Caffeine's classic partner
An amino acid from tea that researchers have paired with caffeine specifically to study attention.
Studied togetherCaffeine and L-Theanine have been studied together for attention. Neither pairing has been tested inside RETICLE's full formula.
Also in the formula: B6, B12, sodium and potassium, in modest amounts.
Compared with coffee and calm focus blends
Lift, aim, or both.
Coffee brings the energy and nothing else to aim it. Calm focus blends treat energy like the problem and turn it down. RETICLE keeps the energy and gives it somewhere to go.
The research, including where it stops
No one has run a study on RETICLE's complete formula — including us. What exists is research on its ingredients, alone and in some pairings. Here's what it shows and what it doesn't, so you can judge the formula on real terms.
Caffeine + L-theanine
A small crossover study of 20 healthy men tested 160 mg caffeine, 200 mg theanine, both together, tea and placebo. It found improvements on some attention measures; not every measure improved. RETICLE's amounts differ (200 mg caffeine, 150 mg theanine), and the study doesn't establish an ideal ratio or show that theanine cancels caffeine's side effects.
enXtra + caffeine
A 2026 study gave 128 regular caffeine users — sleep-restricted for the study — capsules of 300 mg enXtra, 200 mg caffeine, both, or placebo: RETICLE's exact amounts. After a single dose, the pair improved alertness at one hour; at five hours the enXtra groups held near their starting level while caffeine and placebo dipped, but that difference wasn't statistically clear. After 28 days of daily use (about 31 people per group), the pair was ahead of placebo at one, three and five hours, and ahead of caffeine alone at five hours, with less reported fatigue at five hours. Tests of sustained attention and executive control showed no clear differences. The study's corresponding author works for the ingredient's maker, its authors call for independent replication, the five-hour test fell around lunchtime, and it didn't test RETICLE's full formula. Earlier, smaller studies from the ingredient's developer (2017, 2018) reported similar alertness patterns; their attention findings were weaker.
Alpha-GPC
A 2024 crossover trial in 20 resistance-trained men tested 315 mg and 630 mg of active Alpha-GPC. Some Stroop-test results (a standard attention task) improved; other tasks and self-rated measures showed no significant difference. The study was industry-funded. RETICLE's 300 mg is near the lower dose, and the trial didn't combine Alpha-GPC with our other ingredients.
L-Tyrosine
Research is context-dependent — much of it under stress, often at doses different from ours. One 70-person trial using 2,000 mg found worse cognitive flexibility under heavy mental load. That doesn't say 1,000 mg in RETICLE does harm, but it's why we don't present tyrosine as a guaranteed upgrade.
B6, B12, sodium, potassium
Included in modest amounts. We make no special claims for them.

How is this different from coffee with L-theanine?
RETICLE brings caffeine, enXtra, Alpha-GPC, L-theanine and L-tyrosine into one formula built to bring energy and focus together.
The formula also includes supporting nutrients: vitamins B6 and B12, plus the electrolytes sodium and potassium. Every active amount disclosed, in one Blue Raspberry drink.
Each serving contains 200 mg of caffeine. Choose RETICLE in place of your coffee-and-theanine routine.
Will I crash?
We won't promise that for everyone. But the comedown is a big reason enXtra is in the formula. In a 2026 study using RETICLE's exact enXtra-and-caffeine amounts, regular caffeine users who took the pair daily for four weeks were still more alert five hours after their dose than people taking caffeine alone. It's one study with the ingredient maker involved, so we call it promising, not proven. Taking RETICLE early enough and not stacking other caffeine on top helps too.
How much caffeine is in it? Who shouldn't use it?
200 mg per serving. Not for anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing, or sensitive to caffeine. If you have a medical condition or take medication, check with your doctor first. Read the full warnings on the label before use.
Where do you ship, and how fast?
